  1. Method to use:
          During the process of forming PU adds the fire retardant compound and the smoke suppressant according to the required fire retardant effects. After evenly stirred put the compound into the mold to form PU/TPU.
 
  1. Applications:
          Synthetic leather, seat cushion for airplane and vehicle, dash board, PU foam for freezer, sound insulation foam, plastic material.
  1. Storage and Precautions:
  1. To Store at dry and room temperature environment. To avoid moisture and heat.
  2. To avoid used with Antimony oxidizing materials. To clean the production equipment in order to avoid color variation.
  3. Fully mixed fire retardant compounds with TU/TPU material. The amount of fire retardant compound can be adjusted according to the fire effects required.
  4. When produces TPU particles, be granulated using light cut.

  1. Usage suggestions:
  1. Add 10%-15% at PU to comply with 1.6mm V0 class (UL 94).
  2. Add 10%-15% at Polyester TPU to comply with 1.6mm V0 class (UL 94).
  3. Add 30%-35% at Polyether TPU to comply with 1.6mm V0 class (UL 94).
