3) Scope of application:
Concrete surface of roof, wall, and foundation; sewage treatment tank, gutter, rain awn, base with irregular shapes ( It is recommend to apply at outdoor open space. It is not allowed to apply at enclosed space without ventilation).
4) Method of use:
A. Surface requirements:
The base needs to be rigid, flat, no air hole, no pockmark, no sanding, no uneven surface. All pipelines, bathroom facilities, floor drains, water inlet need to be fixed properly. The 90 degree surface needs to be re-shaped to become circle with 10mm diameter. The moisture content of the base layer is no more than 5%, the floor and underground structure 10%.
B. Base treatment:
Using blade and broom remove the protrusion, mortar pimples and dust debris.

Using brush paints the pipe root and corners. And then using rollers, rubber scraper and spraying equipment paint larger area. The thickness of the first coating is controlled under 0.3mm. The next coating can be applied after the previous coating is fully dried. The thickness of the second and third coating is controlled at 0.5mm. (The thickness of the coating is complied with the drawing.) After the coating is finished, a cement layer is required to protect the coating.
D. Laying the firber glass cloths (not to use non-woven fabric):
The lap junction will be more than 5mm. It is recommend to lay the fiber glass cloths while the painting is progressing. The cloths need to be flat and the bubbles to be removed. The paint will be fully soaked by the cloths and fully covered the painted area.
