The AMI7 liquid is capable to amend any tiny seams or large cracks of hard material. The thickness of the layer can be as thin as a flap, and up to the required thickness. All thickness can meet the professional requirements to form a durable repair and fitting surface, no curling, no separation, not peeling off.
3) Scope of application:
A. Existing buildings:
AMI7 is mainly used to repair the water resistant layer of the wall, basement, and bathroom, as well as the repair of fine decorative crack of the wall, floor, and the roof. It is very effective to repair the plaster crack in the thermal insulation wall. For those larger cracks, the non-woven fabric was buried to strengthen the repair.
B. New buildings:
AMI7 can be used as the water resistant material for mortar type construction, such as industrial foundation, High speed rail, underground, bridge, freeway.
4) Method of use:
A. Surface treatment:
Thoroughly inspect the base surface before paint. It needs 4 weeks to let the new stucco layer get dry. The base surface is rigid, flat, no sand, and clean. It is required to use clean water wets the surface for light brick wall and high temperature dry seasons. After wetting the paint can be applied right away, not wait too long.
B. Prepare the slurry:
The liquid is fully stirred with powder to yield powder-free uniform slurry. Intermittent stir is required during painting to prevent precipitation. It is recommend to use up the slurry in two hour time.
C. Slurry coating:
It is recommended to paint the wall from the top to the bottom for one or two layers, to paint the floor from far side to near side for two or three layers. The thickness of each layer is about 0.5kg/m2. In order to reach the best effect, it is recommend the direction of the next paint is vertical to the previous one. It’s about 6 hours for drying ( Finger touch is not sticky.) Then the next coating can be proceeded.
D. After the painting is finished, spray some water to maintain the paint. After the paint is fully dried and curing, then the following work can be proceeded. Precautions are required not to damage the coating layers.
