AMI fire resistant (fire retardant) compound can be added into the production process when making the cotton cloth. The cloth has the fire retardant function. When the flame touches on the cloth, the cloth will turn into red color. When the flame removes from the cloth, the cloth will immediately turn into normal color or black color. That means the cloth does NOT burn at all. The cotton cloth will not become the fuel in the fire. There is nearly no smoke generated during the burning test. The fire retardant cotton cloth is safe to use at the fire threatened environment.
