All the components of the fire retardant products are abstracted from non-toxic plants, not composed from chemical harmful compounds.
2. CHRACTERISTICS
The fire retardant products are eco-friendly, fully organic, no heavy metal, non-toxic, no phosphorus, no halogen (brine), no taste, transparent, mild and not irritant, high fire retardant, temperature resistance, low smoke, no flame when fire move away from the substrate.
3. THEORY OF FIRE RETARDANT
AMI Intumescent Latex and Paint offer solid protection on material surface. When exposed to fire, AMI “intumesces” forming a tough char barrier. Char barrier reflects heat and protects the underlying substrate. When fire is extinguished, simply scrape away the char barrier and damage is minimized.
For AMI glue and liquid, the chemical reaction can extinguish the fire.
4. CLASS OF FIRE RETARDANT
According to the type of products and their applications, the products can meet class 1 or 2 of CNS14705-1 (TAIWAN).
